Evolution of Art Style
2013
2014
I drew this circa 2013 for my deviantart deviantID. I did not own a wacom tablet during this time,my process was to draw on paper then scan it and trace the lines in Photoshop and color it on Paint Tool SAI.
I created an art account on instagram and as an artist i also drew myself and post it on social media. I experimented more on shadowing and drew a much curve style. Still the same process from paper to scanning and digitally redraw again and color.
2015
Early 2015 I got my Wacom tablet, i start to use it mid year and I did have a hard time transitioning. I kept on drawing everyday and my coloring style was inspired by @punziella and @pernilleoerum specially the shading techique.
2016
I drew a family portrait to gift it to my parents, and my stle changed. I wanted a very smooth shading style which i blend almost every edge of the brush stroke, and then added my signature glowy white background to have a minimalist and warmth feel.
